Webflow agency

Hire a Webflowagency

We design and build Webflow sites for companies in the US, UK and Europe — then hand the project back clean enough that your own team can run it. Fixed scope, fixed price, named people doing the work.

What we do

Four things, done properly

We are not a full-service digital agency. We build Webflow sites, and we say no to the rest — which is why the ones we do build hold up.

01

Webflow design & build

Design and build from scratch — brand, structure, copy direction and a production site. For companies with no designs, or designs they've outgrown.

4–8 weeks typical
02

Figma to Webflow

You have the designs finished; we build them pixel-accurate on a class system your team can extend. The most common way clients start with us.

2–5 weeks typical
03

CMS architecture

Collections designed so content scales without a developer — blog, case studies, locations, integrations. Where most Webflow builds fall apart later.

Included or standalone
04

Migrations

WordPress, Wix or a hand-coded site moved to Webflow with the URL structure and rankings intact. Redirect mapping planned before anything is rebuilt.

How you engage us

Three ways to work together

Most agencies offer one. Pick the one that matches how your team actually operates, not how we'd prefer to bill.

MODEL 01

Fixed-scope project

Agreed pages, agreed price, agreed date. You know the total before we start and it doesn't move unless the scope does. Best for a defined site build.

Fixed price
Fixed date
MODEL 02

Monthly retainer

A set number of days a month for ongoing pages, campaigns and CMS work. Best once the site is live and marketing needs to ship without a queue.

Rolling monthly
Named contact
MODEL 03

Design-to-build handover

Your designers stay in Figma; we handle only the Webflow build and the handover documentation. Best for teams with design in-house and no Webflow developer.

Build only
Documented
Process

What the six weeks actually look like

You see the site on a staging URL from week two, not at the end. Nothing is a surprise at handover.

WEEK 01

Scope & sitemap

We agree the page list, the CMS Collections and what each page has to do. This is where the price gets fixed — everything after is execution.

WEEK 02

Design direction

Key pages designed and signed off before any building starts. If you bring finished Figma files, this week disappears from the timeline and the price.

WEEKS 03–04

Build

Built in Webflow on a real class system, with a staging URL you can open any day. Feedback goes in as we go rather than in one pile at the end.

WEEK 05

CMS & content

Collections populated, templates wired, real content in place. We do the migration of existing posts rather than leaving it with you.

WEEK 06

Test & launch

Responsive checks across real devices, Core Web Vitals, redirects, analytics, schema. Launch is a scheduled event, not a scramble.

AFTER

Handover

A walkthrough recording, named classes, documented Collections, and support while your team finds its feet. Then the project is genuinely yours.

Before you brief anyone

Ask every agency these six questions

We'd rather you asked them of us and of everyone else on your shortlist. These are the answers that separate a site you own from a site you rent.

The question
WebClaw
What you often hear
Who actually builds it?
The person on your calls
Subcontracted after you sign
Can our team edit it after?
Named classes, documented CMS, walkthrough recording
“Raise a ticket and we'll quote it”
What happens to our rankings?
Redirect map planned before the rebuild
Handled after launch, if at all
Is the price fixed?
Fixed at scope, moves only if scope moves
Hourly, with an estimate
When do we first see it?
Staging URL from week two
A reveal near the deadline
Who owns the project?
You do — transferred to your Webflow account
Held on the agency's account
Pricing

Published prices, fixed at scope

Each tier contains everything in the one before it. If your project doesn't fit a tier we quote it properly rather than pushing you into the wrong box.

Migrations and retainers quoted separately · Prices exclude Webflow's own hosting plan

Proof

Seventeen sites, all visible

Every project we've shipped is on the portfolio page with real screenshots and the client named — not a wall of logos with no way to check them.
